Can I ask for some anon advice?

I have a 10yr old daughter who won’t listen or do anything she’s asked like tidying her room or doing chores. She doesn’t bother with homework or at school, She tried to sneak things in the house, lies all the time and is generally being a moodily little sh@& bag. I can’t even get her to brush her teeth and wash her face without shouting at her and I’m not liking being a shoutey monster all the time. I know it’s probably hormones but has anyone else experienced this? It’s killing me watching her make herself sad when she used to be such a happy kid. Things are stable at home, she visits her dad and his wife regularly, there’s no changes that I know of so I don’t know what to do.
I’ve asked if there’s anything wrong many times but she just fabricated lies for attention (oh and she can fake cry on cue.. I’ve seen it) some days I just want to launch her out the bloody window but as I’d have social services all up in my grill that’s not the best option 😂
