Can I get a privet post please thank you!

Basically I was with this guy we finished in December but still been seeing each other and sleeping together I found out in February I’m pregnant told him straight away we have been up and down. I then didn’t see him for about 12 weeks so any way I saw him last week and since them he’s been constantly on my mind and seeing him actually made me realise just how much I still love this man and how much my feeling are still there and are strong! I’ve now realised that I’m still totally in love with him! I’ve tried talked to him I get shot down or ignored everytime I know he’s not one for talking about how he feels!
I just don’t know what else to do it feels like my heart aches being away from him and I just want to be with him so bad! Any advice on what to do would be great I’m just so lost and stuck!! It’s got to the stage where I would just pack my things and go back to be with him if he was to ask me to I wouldn’t need to think about it! What can I do for him to see or understand me and how I feel x
