Can I have a post – my sons going to be one this month. My problem is he is so clingy he cries so much I can’t do anything 😩if I put him down he cries clings on to me etc I was hoping that now he’s walking he would’ve happier but he just wants to watch held all the time 😩 he’s my second and is not short of attention , i feel for my 4 year old so much 😢 I haven’t dont anything different they both raised the same no changes in family set up etc but he just doesn’t want to be away from me or his dad etc. Who ever is there he just clings to, I start work soon and family are having him and I’m so worried I don’t want to put so much onto people with the way he is 😩looking for advice how to help him , he doesn’t spend long at all playing with toys he wants me, doesn’t want any tv at all just screams and cries in his high chair after dinner whilst I try clear up quickly 🙈

My daughter is the same but if she’s at a family member she’s fine until she sees me if I’m busy I just put her down with toys and let her cry you can tell physical do everything with a child in your arms won’t do him no harm to realise you can carry him about all day
