Can I have a post please , can you develop and intolerance to dairy my daughter is 13 almost 14 months and has never had an issue with it she had milk in her food she would have butter in mash potatoes but recently every time she has had dairy she has been sick and had severely loose nappies to the point in Friday when I took her to nursery they had to bath her as her faeces was up her front through her clothes and up her back (in her hair). I breast feed so at first I cut out dairy and she was still bad she acted as if she was having stomach cramps and you could hear her stomach making noises I knew it wasn’t due to hunger as she is always well fed , I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday but I wanted to know if I was being silly , even the nursery are concerned. We have both gone dairy free her stools are a lot better and she isn’t holding her stomach as if he’s in pain as much I just wanted to know if I’m being silly really thanks in advance
