Can I have a post please?
I give birth 11 weeks ago tomorrow and I had a 3rd degree tear, I know everyone heals differently but is it normal for down there to still feel sore? Like a throbbing feeling?

I had a 2nd degree, I was so achy “downstairs” for weeks! I only bleed for 10 days but I was so sore for at least 2 months after. it was only a few months back that I stopped having the odd soreness if I sat awkward X
Yea, I don’t want to scare you I know every one is different they told me 6 weeks heal time but it wasn’t my stitches split and caused an infection it took a full year to heal properly it still gets sensative now and again & this is almost 3 years on plenty painkillers huni xxx
