Can i have a pp please hun x

Hey all im looking for advice on what you would do in my position.

Basically i have lived in my home for 3 years with my hubby and our kids recently a family has moved in 3 older children and a young 6 yr old girl (she has adhd) , the mother leaves her child outside (to play) she often ventures of up and down our street and on to the street above and below her mum doesnt watch her . Either me or my hubby will be outside with our boys ive had to shout to the girl to get of the road ad a car is coming or tell her not to try and get my younger 2 boys 3&4 (the 4 yr old is mentally delayed) to go off with her .

My concern is that if me or my hubby wasnt watching her she could get hit by a car / snatched etc etc , ive had a word with the mum and she don’t seem to be concerned! What would you do ?
