Can I have a pp please. Just had my 12 week scan and everything was fine apart from fluid on baby’s neck is measuring 4.4 which is a risk so Ive got to wait for more results to see if it’s anything else to worry about can’t stop thinking the worse! Has anyone else had similar situation an baby been born healthy and fine? Thanks

Exact same thing happened to us. Had all the further tests and everything came back absolutely fine and we had a heathly little boy who’s now a happy, healthy 18 month old! Keep positive even tho we were exactly the same when we went for our first scan as they fill your head with the worst possible outcome but they have to make sure they’ve covered everything! Good luck 🙂
My son was high risk for down syndrome due to fluid on the back of his neck and bloods came back high too. He was 1 in 48 chance. He was born perfectly healthy
I had the same and ended up having the test with the big needle done. I now have a healthy 10 nearly 11 yr old daughter xxx
