Can I have a ppp?

I have been wearing the contraceptive patch for about a year now and it’s been great: however, just recently it has started to leave a mark which doesn’t go down for a few weeks and gets really itchy!

Also, while I am wearing my patch I have never started my period but today it has come on although I was wearing it!

Has anybody else had a similar experience?
