Can I have a ppp

My mil is being really horrible I thought it would of changed now I’m pregnant but she still throws out sly little digs like if the baby’s yours or are you sure you can have kids ( to my other half ) it’s really bringing me down because I know 100% this baby is my other halfs but her saying what she’s saying it’s affecting mine and oh relationship I just don’t know what to do
