I’m so sorry you have this terrible disorder. The first thing you should know is: Stay away from NSAIDs (aspirin, Excedrin, naproxen, etc…) as they will increase bleeding. You should also meet with your doctor(s) to discuss MRIs and CT Scans to rule out brain and pulmonary AVMs. You should visit HHT.org for more information.
