Can I have a ppp

So me and the ex broke up: social were invloved coz.of my 9 yr old and declared that my ex was the problem so I broke it off coz it’s the right thing g to do for my son and unborn baby..
Police as been involved due to him constantly coming round.. ringing, txting and walking in and stealing my phones!
Been told to stay away and don’t have contact with me. Also changed my number etc
Tried beig civil but he blows hot and cold
He wanted an agreement written out stating I won’t stop him from seeing our baby when he’s born in September which I did and I would never stop a dad seeing his child.
He then uses I don’tthink baby is mine and wants a dna ( even tho he knows I haven’t cheated but doubts are there coz I see my dad and grandad after school run in mornings)
then says he will waver all rights from being a dad!
Then he will fight for full custody because.my family are bums 😕
Controlling – had to tell him who was coming round, what I was doing, not talk to guy friends etc but he could do what he wanted to do!
No effort into my 9 year old neither..
Now this is where I feel ****.. he’s a first time father to my baby and I feel horrible in a way coz.I don’t want him on birth certificate or to have baby overnight as he thinks he can have baby overnight 3 times a week 2 weeks after I give birth and also states I shouldn’t breastfeed and when I said I want to he said I’m dictating him and stopping him.
Should.I feel bad for going to solictors and getting it legally binding? And keeping him notified once baby js born?
