Could I have a private post please.
Is anyone familiar with the proceedings with lawyers letters etc in regards to child access?
Received a letter today from my little girls dad’s lawyers stating he wants access to her.
Access was stopped 3 months ago due to drug dealing and drug abuse and failing 3 drug tests while on supervised access that was requested by social services. When I stopped access social services where happy with this and closed the case.
I will be contacting a lawyer tomorrow but just wondering where I stand if I don’t cooperate with his lawyer and set up access will the next step be court etc I’m new to this.
