Can I have a PPP x
So basically I’ve been on and off with my ex since we first got together 3nhalf years ago, we split in January. After that I received so much harassment and vicious voicemails that police had to get involved and wanted evidence ect. This then took months and stupidly enough I started talking to the ex again in may and went to visit him so police closed the case. It ended in the usual way of him getting drunk and kicking off at me in front of my 4 year old and so I left. I didnt talk to him at all again up until 2 weeks ago when I was desperate for £40 he owed Me from when I visited him in may. He agreed he would give it to me but asked if he could bring it up to me instead of sending it over which I said I’d rather you didn’t but then give in to him and said okay but it doesn’t change anything. He then come up for a week but only stayed in my house for 2 of them nights. Once I said thats it,you need to go I told you this would change nothing he again turned nasty and along came more threats. I’ve just been told that my landlord is now going to be selling my house so I went to the council for help and she’d asked about my ex and whether I’d heard anything since I had the police involved in January, I’d said he had left me voicemails but had otherwise been pretty quiet. She then asked to listen to a few of them (as there were 65 just from the last 2 months.) After she heard them she said she’s very worried and if I dont go back to police for a non molestation order she’s going to call social services instead and wont be helping house me at all. Obviously I’ll be going back to police but I didnt tell her that he’d been down a couple of weeks ago so I dont know whether to tell the police that or not? 😞 I dont want to get in more trouble for lying, but then will still be in trouble for not telling the truth to the lady in the council in the first place 😢 can I add that this guys 36 and I’m 23 and I don’t want anything to do with the man at all!
