Hi, sorry could I have another private post please?
Not really sure what advice I’m looking for, but how long did it take everyone to get pregnant? I have a 4 year old, and we conceived in the first month of trying with her! Now we’ve been trying for nearly 5 months and every month I feel so heart broken when I’m still not pregnant 😞 I know it doesn’t sound long, but when it’s something that we do badly want, it’s so hard to deal with! Has anyone got any tips? I know ‘don’t think about trying’ is a great tip.. but it’s all I can think about! We check ovulation dates every month. Anything that would help is great! Thank you x

The best advice is to relax about it. It took us 19 months and it was only when we rwsigned ourselves to the fact it wasn’t for us. I couldn’t take anymore negative tests and my partner was worried about how it was destroying me. Then we made appts to find out why (it was our 1st) and 3 days before I was rushed to hospital with pain and turns out I was pregnant. So just relax. It will happen in perfect time.
