Can I have a private post please, just split from my husband of 4 years… 3 days ago for good, we have two kids together aged 1 and 2, we split due to his controlling. I have absolutely no family or friends to talk to either. My question is how can I stop myself thinking about him, wanting to text him all the time, im sort of ok during the day as I have my kids to take my mind off him but after 6pm when they go to bed I have nobody to talk to, thats when I get upset and think about him and desperately want to text him, I know I shouldnt be tempted as he was controlling towards me but he was my best friend, so can you give me some ideas as to how I can deal with this please, or something to try and take my mind off it…..im finding it hard at the minute without him. Thanks
