Depends how he’s put it tbh, if he says it in an honest way where he’s concerned for you then I’d appreciate it, if he’s said it out of spite I would throat punch him

Do you look drastically different than you used to? Probably get shot for this but if someone meets you looking a certain way and you’ve changed a lot it’s natural they may not be as attracted (even if love is still there).. at least he’s being honest.. just speak to him about how you feel, if you’re happy as you are say so and don’t change but if you want to change then do it 🙂
