Can I have a private post please … my children’s dad has set his own company up n then changed it into his girlfriends name to avoid csa … when csa is nil he doesn’t pick the kids up when he has to pay he then wants to see them again!! He refuses to message or answer phone to me but he sends me recorded delivery letters threw the post! He hasn’t seen kids since June but 2 weeks ago tried to take our youngest from nursery without me knowing!! Nursery called me as he’s not down on emergency contacts cos he refused to give them his contact details so I went to nursery n asked him what he was doing n he wouldn’t speak to me just walked off got in his work van n shuck his head at me! Since this my daughter banged her head quite badly on holiday I told him I got no reply not even a messaging asking how she is he also in sept posted his youngest 2 birthday cards while I was out on the school (he knew I wasn’t in) so I messaged again n said don’t u want to see her on her bday?? No reply once again!!! We have a court order which he broke for 9 weeks I have now said he’s not picking n choosing and acting like this n said from now on there not going it’s not fair… just really wanting opinions on what people would do now? I wasn’t going to take him back to court which will cost me £300 but don’t really want to pay that out when he’s in the wrong not me??? What would u do???
