Can I have a private post please***
My nephew is 5 months old and he is having loads of problems atm as he is all mixed up with his days and nights he will have 1 big sleep through the day then 5-15 mins power naps then on a night time he is up most of the night he has one big sleep for 3 hours but the rest of the time he is up every hour is there anything I could do after trying mostly everything to help him getting used to day and nights? Z

Loud and bright during the day dark and quiet at night. He needs a good bedtime routine and only leave him nap like an hour max at a time during the day x
