Can I have a private post please..

Not really baby related but mum advice needed.
The past few days I’ve been getting really runny clear discharge with no funny smell, it stings when I wee but when I go to bed and wake up it’s like I’ve wee’d my self on my pyjamas. Does anyone know what it could be please? Xx
