I need some advice.i will be going to citizens advice next wk.6 years ago i fleed from domestic violence i got a court order put in place so kids dad could only see the kids in a contact centre.he never did anything to them and the only reason i asked for a contact centre was so i didnt have to face him because i was still scared of him.well 6 years down the line the kids are asking about there dad and are asking for contact.im not afraid of him any more and he has no control over me.the problem i got told i have to apply to the court for the order to be changed..has any one done this and what was involved and how long does it take
