Can you post please I dunno what to do I’ve spend the last two weeks in bed I had a viral infection ( cold& sore throat) that has gone i now feel absolutely Awful & Run down I can barely eat it drink and I also feel awful when I get up i feel sick 24/7. I’m 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. 😬 I haven’t been able to eat a prober meal for 2 weeks I can barely drink spoken to the doctors 3 times, and they said keep doing what your doing? I feel awful. Someone please tell me what I can do. They have me antisickness they didn’t work. I’m due to see the midwife on Monday.

Ask the midwife to test your urine.. if there are ketones present then you’ll need to go to hospital to be put on a drip… I was discharged yesterday for the same reason and you’ll feel so much better for it
Crystalised ginger can help with sickness… or ginger biscuits on little amounts
If your struggling to keep fluids down then I would go to hospital personally.. You may need to be put on a drip x
