Could i have a post please. I need some advice on how to deal with a break up. Me and my now ex have been together for 4 and a bit years and have a 3yro. At xmas he wanted to leave and i got him to give another go and other than a few arguements we have been fine. He was even talking more about getting married. Recently hes been more interested in his social life. Anyway we argued and the next day we sorted it then the day after he went out after work and didnt come back till 2am and told me we was over. Says he doesnt want to try coz we never improve (he dont put the effort in) i dont want us to break up but hes set on leaving. What do i do im a mess.

He clearly doesn’t want you and your causing more pain to yourself by begging him to stay.
Let him leave and learn to love yourself.
It will be hard but its harder to love someone who doesnt love you. X
