could I have a pp please? I need something in writing to say my child lives with me how do I obtain it? and whats it called? my childs dad keeps refusing to give them back on a weekend only for a few hours usually a few times its been a few days its a control thing he has took my new child with somebody else and the fact that I have moved on very badly and is generally just after a war every weekend, I’m a terrible mum all sorts of unfounded accusations and I cant handle anymore 2 years this has been going on for, hes on the birth cert hes not a bad dad, no reason to stop my children seeing him, I just need some kind of order or something on paper to say he has to bring them home if there is such a thing?
