could I have a ppp?

Basically, I had the coil fitted in June 2016… I went back so many weeks after and all was fine, they said my periods would either completely stop or get lighter and shorter. Since it’s been fitted I’ve had heavier periods than I’ve ever had and I’ve always been heavy. Since August 2017 it’s getting worse. I’m having 4-5 periods in a month. They’re not all 7 days. They will start for a few days then stop. So I’m pretty much having 5 days in a month where I’m not on, my sister has mentioned something about it not being in right.. I’m not really worried because I hate showing my bits to anyone!!! Very insecure and feel so uncomfortable. So I don’t want to go back to the docs if it’s not something to worry about. Also really worried about it being removed as I get pregnant very easily and I know as soon as it’s out I’d be pregnant again and not sure if I’m ready for number 3 just yet.

Could any other women who have had this pls give me some advice or any experiences. Starting to get slightly concerned😩😩
