Could I have a ppp it’s a long one
So me and my ex were together for 9 years married for 3 and a half. And one child who’s 6 together we got into an argument the week before Xmas and he stormed out then text it’s over he’s moved out and I’m just so lost the only explaination I got was he didn’t love me anymore but we had been planning big plans for the future and before the argument he told me he loves me and we were everything to him. I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety which I have been suffering with for a few months I have no family or friends around me and I can’t drive I am just so broken at the moment and the don’t recognise the man I loved. To add we had Xmas together and ended up sleeping together twice and then a few days after there was a a bit of sexual contact but when I said why do this he said he’s sorry it shouldn’t have happened and it won’t again my heads a mess and I’m so alone

Aww Hun! Heartbreak is a genuine thing and you’ve got to give yourself time. I’d suggest have a frank conversation with him and tell him how you feel, if he really doesn’t want you then you need to cut him off and just be polite and civil. Don’t share time or do things together because your trying to heal your heart and that will only hurt you more!! Spending Christmas together and having sex etc isn’t good for you but you know that, it creates such an intimate bond and then when you get told or realise it was just sex but you have history with that person t can be so heartbreaking all over again. 💙 chin up!!
