Could I have a ppp please?
For some reason my 5 year old is finding it impossible to sleep tonight and is still awake even though she is actually trying to sleep 😳 she doesn’t look like she’s going to drop off any time soon either. She’s not had any sugar/caffeine or anything to prevent her sleeping nor does she seem anxious or anything. I’ve tried my best to help her with stories,warm milk and stroking her hair. I usually wake her at 7am for school. On a normal night she gets around 11 hours sleep,she’ll be lucky if she has 6 tonight. Just out of curiosity how many of you would send your child to school in this case knowing how tired they’re going to be all day or how many would leave them home?
