Could I have a ppp?
I’ve just had a baby a week ago and I’m breast feeding plus bottoms feeding (breastmilk) because I was getting so sore from breastfeeding only and was leaking huge amounts between feeds.
I’m not sure what to do about my milk production, I’m filling up over 500ml an hour every hour and I can’t seem to get it under control.
I wait to pump until my breast are so full they are painful and spraying everywhere but there seems to be more milk everyday 😕
I’m so scared of not emptying my breasts fully because they hurt so bad when I don’t and I’m terrified of getting mastitis too 😞😞 x

Your milk will even out once they get used to how much baby needs, try not to over express if possible.. but I had this issues but evens out
I’m not sure you can get that under control unless you stop breast feeding. As long as you’re breast feeding the glands will always produce milk.
