Could i have a private post please?

A few weeks ago the doctor and pharmacist thought i was pregnant came back negative, which they was very surprised about as i had the symptoms for pregnancy.The doctor thinks it may be a cyst on my ovaries, i was in a lot of pain on my ovaries and was spotting quite heavy for about a week but i feel fine now, i wasn’t due on my period then. But today i have had brown/pinky creamy discharge, i know it’s not my vagina cleaning it self, as i know what that looks like as it’s happened in past months after my period, i haven’t had my period yet as i am due in a few days, could this be an early sign of pregnancy? TIA xx
