Ppp I have a little boy who’s 3 . He’s got a sandpaper like rash all over his body . It’s super itchy for him . He literally will not stop scratching . Just wondering if heatrash can itch ? No sure how he could have heatrash as he’s not got a temp . Also clearly it’s cold out . Any clues to what could be causing the rash ?
