Could I plz have a private post

I have just received a letter for me to attend the family court by my ex husband who is looking for access to my child after 5 years of not seeing her..he has now decided he want access over holidays etc has anyone went through this b4 and want is the chances of him seeing my child… I personally don’t think he has a right as he left and didn’t bother for years to see our child now all of a sudden he wants to play daddy any advice would be helpful
