Could you post this for me please.
I’ve just gone to bathe my son and as I was taking his pull ups off the nappy was sticking to a wound on lower part of his tummy! I haven’t changed his pull up for around 5 hours as it didn’t need changing and my son didn’t complain of anything until I pulled it away from the wound and he saw it. So I have no idea how it happened or when it happened in that last 5 hours.. to me this looks like a burn?! What do you think? I’m a bit clueless as to what it is and how it happened… thanks in advance.
