Good morning. Please may i ask for an urgent private post please?
My ex partner is taking me to court for access.
He already has access but ‘wants something written’. Hes a huge bully and he knows it.
Anyway, i called the court this morning cause he keeps threatening and they have confirmed there is a date and its in 10 days and all confirmation was sent to an address of which my ex knows we moved out of in July.
Ive formally requested for this to be adjourned however this can take 10 days to do…..
Has anyone else been though this.
He thinks hes clever and by giving my old address he thought i wouldn’t call therefore i’d miss it and he would get exactly what he wants.
Just another thing…. he isnt on the birth certificate.
Please, i dont want any ‘dads have equal in everything’ people to comment because if you knew everything you would change your minds.
