Hello, can i have a post for some advice please? Im due to go back to work at the end of the work as im coming to the end of my maternity leave and my work have asked me to write a letter stating the hours and days i want to do when i go back, now im struggling to work out how many hours to do when i go back, this is my first child and my mum is willing to be nursery but only part time, so im not sure as to how we will better off going to work full time and paying part time child care for the time my mum doesnt have my child or just go to work part time, as i know we will struggle on a part time wage as we have with maternity pay, thanks in advance!
