Hello can I have a post please, I’m in a large predicament and have no idea what to do, so my mams been seeing someone behind her now ex partners back, me and my kids lived with them, the now ex partner and her have now split, devastated but have bigger problems, so this new lad she was on the phone to last night, he demanded she goes to his, hour long phonecalls would not take no for a answer, said so much to if she doesnt go to his he will come to our house and smash the door in where my kids are, age 3 and 4, said he didnt want her staying in her own bed where “hed” been (refering to her now ex) and she wasnt aloud to be in our home (yea i know crazy phsyco after 6 weeks) so after this hour of him forcing her she booked a taxi and off she went, I messaged last night to see if she was okay, she said they’d had a talk and shed explain tomorrow, I know she’s gonna come back and say there making a go of it, he’s going to force her to move in with him so my predicament now… My sons dad has his own house, he struggles to pay the rent and I help him out with money for that, we get on great now I stay at his sometimes, I go visit threw the day, he has our son when he feels like it, so obviously I’m going to have to leave our family home, they don’t accept DSS and us 3 usually chipped in with the rent, food, bills etc, not now as im on my own, or I could get my own home but that would cause problems with my sons dad, we arnt together but he’s kind of controlling, manipulative abusive, hates it when he doesn’t get his own way (bit like this fella I’m trying to get my mam away from) in the past he’s phoned police on me saying I’m drunk etc with the kids (waste of police time I know) expecually as I don’t drink anymore, or ringing social services and telling them I’m drunk with the kids so they make visits, he doesn’t even like it if I just pop to the shop on my own, so my predicament as I can no longer stay in the family home (I wasn’t supposed to move out till after this next christmas and new year so I had months to find somewhere affordable near my kids school) now I have about 4 weeks and internet will be turned off in a week, so do I move in with my phsyco ex and have a life of hell or do I get my own place and have a life of hell by my ex, someone help befor I go crazy, thank you
