Hello can I have a PP please.
Hi all. I am a mum of two,my son had a bug over the weekend and now I have caught along with my 13w old baby. My baby is breastfed and I am struggling to eat without feeling poorly and it coming out the other end!!! Any suggestions as I know I need to keep our fluids up but my baby is getting no goodness nor am I.

Could you try colded boiled water for you baby between feeds like you said just to increase fuildes x
