Hello, could I have some private advice?

Me and father of my baby have finished 3 to 4 weeks ago after load of stuff happened now his parents have the baby 1 day and 1 night a week so they look after the baby as the father couldn’t care but gets to see her while she’s there. I’ve set the rule and he’s become nasty and rule towards me.. I’m trying to get her into a routine now but it’s hard as I’m a single mum living with my parents which I pay £30 a week rent. I’m living of £300 a month and that’s included anything I get for the baby. So after the rent goes and the car insurance I’m left with next of nothing and used what I was saving up what was £250 for anything she needed. What do I do? Do I say you have to pay so much towards her? I don’t like asking for anything from him or his family but I can’t put everything on my parents. 😞 what do I do?
