Hello, just wondering how I could get my 3 year old daughter referred to see the Dietician. As a main meal all she ever ears it buttered cream crackers and buttered water crackers. She won’t eat anything else believe me we have tried. Hiding food, blending food, mixing food doesn’t work and she just throws things away without trying and gets upset. This has been going on for 2 years now, she will eat the usual junk food like crisps and biscuits but only ever the crackers and on occasion dairylea sandwiches. Please don’t judge me and say I am a rubbish mother, I have tried different things and tried to be patient but not getting anywhere. The Nursery Nurse and Health Visitor are aware but don’t care and just said she will be fine. Wherever we go I have to take a bag of buttered crackers for her to eat. We are seeing the Speech Therapist today for her first assessment appointment. Is it worth us seeing a Dietician and how would I go about doing this? Thank you
