Can i have a post please?

Just looking for some reassurance!

Im not due till November with my2nd my first was so fast even my midwife wasnt ready(1hour from 4cm to pushing him out)

I keep having the same dream that i will end up having this baby at home? I do plan to go hospital but closest hospital is 1hour away.
Has anyone had an unexpected Home birth? How did it go?
