Helpppp exhausted is an understatement! My little boy is 4 and a half months and since the past 6 weeks he has started to wake up more frequently. Sometimes he will cry every half an hour and I have to put his pacifier back into his mouth. I’m a single mum who also shares a bed with my almost 2 year old daughter who’s a light sleeper so gets disturbed by her brother crying all night. What can I do to try and make him not wake up every 3-4 hours for a feed (formula fed) and the constant whinging? He’s a big baby and hasn’t rolled over yet so I’m guessing he’s a bit late, I’m afraid to give him any food in case he can’t handle it. My daughter was breastfed till 13 mths and started solids at 6mths so this is all very new and scary ☹️ please help I’m so exhausted sometimes I just fall asleep sitting down
