Hey could I get a ppp

My last period was the 23rd October so I was ament to get mine yesterday but that leaves me 1 day late normally I always get the cramp pains before my period comes which I haven’t got I’ve taken a preg test it came up negative has this happened to anyone else or is it to early to take a test? Thanks
