Hey girlies need advise. Has anyone had vision problems in their third trimester? I have low iron and need a iron transfusion tomorrow. For the past few weeks I’ve been seeing lights that look a bit like glittery confetti, headaches and fatigue. Could this be down to my low iron or as it’s a sign of pre eclampsia could it be this? if anyone’s has had it before have they had this? Starting to worry now as my c section is on Monday 😔
