My daughter has been acting out of character for the last 3 weeks being really naughty at home and at school today I was on the way out of the door to do the school run when I get a phone call on messenger from a parent at the school I hardly know, she told me her son had told her that the teaching assistant in my daughters class is picking on my daughter telling her infront of other children that she always looks dirty, her hair needs a wash and she’s scruffy. Without telling my daughter what was said I asked her what the teaching assistant is like for her to then tell me the exact same thing as this parent had said, 3 weeks ago she came home and cut her hair off. Today she told me the reason she done it was because of what had been said to her. Now my children are not dirty they are showered every night their hair is always put up as I’m petrified of nits, clothes are clean on every morning, I was after advice on how to handle this and what you ladies would do if it was your child xx

Go to the head and tell them that and you have a witness their teaching assistant is taunting, humiliating and bullying your daughter. You want action taken now or you will go further.
Straight to the head teacher and get her fired. That’s shocking.
