Hey I was wondering if I could get a pp please?

My eldest is not my partners child but for my partner has been there since I was 3 months pregnant and sees my eldest as his own (we have another child together and I’m currently pregnant with his baby too)

My question is how would we go about my partner adopting my son? His bio dad is not involved and never has been and he’s also not on the birth certificate. My partner wants to do this because my eldest is his little best friend and he wants to make it all legal.
