heyy could you do a private post please?? i don’t know how to put this so going to try make as much sense as possible .. my brother has a 2 year old daughter, he has been in and out of her life due to the mother, one minute the mother let’s him in her life then doesn’t then does then doesn’t then does.. from the beginning of this year till now he’s been there for her as the mother has let him back in her life, he had thoughts in his head thinking thats his ex and he could get back together as she was saying all these right things to him, sleeping with him ect .. she has now said she has a bf.. she has point blanked refuse to put him on the birth certificate, when ever they argue she always brings up “take me to court” “prove your the dad” .. now he feels heart broken as she is again refusing to let him see his daughter again .. he pay’s csa every week to her with out fail .. he had this great bond with his daughter .. now he doesn’t know how to prove he is the dad as she won’t do a DNA test and csa have said you still need to pay to your daughter which is fine .. he knows he is the dad as she has some of his facial features but it’s the fact she keeps bring it up!!! he can’t afford to go to court .. he’s at breaking point all he wants now is his daughter so trying my best to help him. so does anyone have any advice??
