Hi all, I have 2 children, with different biological fathers, both on respective birth certificates. One has chosen not to have anything to do with their child, whilst the other is a Dad to both. I want to have it legally binding, that if anything happens to me, both children go to the actual Dad, and stay together. The boys are very close to each other, and to their Dad, and I would rather they were with someone who actually wants them (and he would want both as well), than split, and one with someone who has made it very obvious he can’t be bothered. How would I be able to make this happen? Thank you x x
