Hi can I get a ppp just in need of a bit of advice I just ended things with my LO dad after and emotional abusive partner after 6 year I blocked and changed all contact details have had to change locks my question is I’m starting to feel like I can’t live without him and to reply believe what he has drummed into my head for all those years I’ll never go back as I can’t do that to my LO and that but I’m struggling to find the self belief that all will be well and that I don’t need him and can get throught this cause after everything he done physically to me I’ve took back but his time something in me seems different but now have been apart from him for about 2nd half weeks nd having stupid thoughts like it can changes please no bashing just wanting to hear other people advice and how they got through ino I won’t go back as now I see it as if I kept alowed this to go on ill be as bad as him with regards to the effect it’s having on my Lil one thanks in advance
