Hi can I have a post please. Anyone know if we need to do anything specific for my partner to have my surname when we get married?
I lost my dad and my big brother so my surname name has come to an end as we’ve no males to carry on the name. My fiance doesn’t want to carry on his dead beats name so asked whether he could take my name on but I don’t know if it’s frowned upon or anything as I have never heard of it. We already have a daughter in my surname and are really hoping for a son one say so my surname will continue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ❤
