Hi can I have a post please?
I’m feeling really low at the moment, my daughter is nearly 5 months old so still finding my feet there and I have my bad days, but the thing that is really getting me down is my weight. I got big a couple of years ago but lost 3 stone, ive put 2 stone of that back on and I just can’t find the energy to exercise and food is one of my only comforts. I honestly don’t know what to do, I can’t afford a gym membership and that’s the only way I think I’d be able to get out and do some exercise and even that I’d probably be too tired.
Has anyone else been in this boat and found a solution? Is there a way I can change how I am feeling? Probably a stupid post but I just need to do something xx
