Hi can I have a pp please

Can anyone tell me what refuges or hostels are like with 4 children? Is there any where you have like a self contained flat or something as there’s so many of us I’m in Cambridgeshire and don’t really want to uproot the kids from their school and 1 of my children has autism and his support network here is amazing, I’m worried my ex will win custody if I uproot them it’s abusive but not physical just rows and mental abuse and he’s lazy and makes me feel low and unloved on purpose and he doesn’t get on it’s my older son at all he’s really harsh to all the kids, I have a dog as well I don’t know what to do the council will only put me at a band D, I could move back near my family but it isn’t a great area and it’s uprooting the kids again I don’t want to loose them my ex hasn’t even changed a nappy and my autistic child only comes to me he doesn’t even let his dad get him out the car, I don’t trust my ex with the autistic child
Can I ad I have mild bipolar as well although medicated and never self harmed or been admitted
