Hi can I have a ppp please

So I have the implant my little boy is coming up to 3 so I know it runs out soon but I’m in two minds whether to get it out or get another one put in the thought of having another one scares the shit outa me but I’m thinking a 3 year gap is plenty but I feel 6 years is a really big gap I don’t know how I would cope with 2 me and my partner sleep in separate rooms because my little boy is in my bed I won’t have him in here when he is 3 he’s going In To his own room i just don’t know how I would manage 😭 xxx
